Gondaw village is one of the CSR villages of the Myanmar Yang Tse Company. Every year, MYTCL provides the necessary CSR annual budget for 18 villages.
CSR & Community Donations
For the 2017-2018 fiscal year the annual budget that was allocated to the CSD & CSR Program for Yegyibin village totaled $ 49,509.98 USD. 
The 2018-19 CSR Budgets had a total of 2 villages requesting Ambulances for their village use, in cases of emergency and other needs. 
The Monasteries surrounding the MYTCL Mine Site make many requests every year such as firewood, IBC containers, fuel and sometimes small construction projects. The surrounding villages, schools and monastic sites often request IBC containers (Intermediate Bulk Container) for the use of water storage.
